Letting Paradise is a local, Independent, Company. Specialising in Residential Lettings and Property Management. Our policy is to look after all our client's to the highest of standards before anything else.

We work out of office hours, evening and weekends. These are the most crucial times for a Letting Agency to be open, as most of the tenant market will be working office hours, and would be limited in what properties they can look at during work shifts. (It's very surprising how more of the bigger letting agencies aren't available those times.) Being available for tenants to view your property these times opens a whole new window for more viewings, and encourages a much quicker property let, and more convenient suited around the tenants.

On all services, the up to date laws on renting property will all be advised, or administered. Advice will be on hand at all times if you need it, even if you only used introduction service.

Preparing the Inventory list is also included in all our services, and is not charged extra for. We feel as being hired to Let and set up your property for rental, this feature should be part of all that, and not an isolated service that needs extra charge for. This procedure is done with lots of attention to detail, we list everything in the flat, the damage in the flat before the tenants move in, and everything listed will be backed up by photographs. All documents will be shown to the Landlord client, who has opportunity to amend anything missed out or alter, and then available for the tenant to amend and change, until an agreement is met between both parties and both fully satisfied with the agreement. We feel photographs backing up every thing listed in the inventory will be a whole lot more effective in preventing future arguements and rows.
