Letting Paradise minimum standards include:
The Accommodation is in clean and good decorative order.
The Accommodation is safe, including, Corgi Gas Certificate for gas appliances, electrical and hazard safety check, and relevent fire safety requirements.
The Accommodation is free from health risks including infestation and damp.
Landlord's and tenant's responsibilities are plainly explained and understood before any commence of agreement.
All, landlord's, tenant's, agent's, responsibilities, as required under English Law, and in the pursuit of best practice, are adhered to dutifully.
