Landlord's Information
We offer three levels of service's for our Landlord client's.
However, we also offer a service customisation, where you have the option to choose what you want us to do for you and take responsibility for. This flexibility means we can provide a service that's right for you and your needs. The fee's will be reviewed and negotiable depending on the responsibilities you want us to take on.
The three basic services we offer are:
Tenant Find/ Introduction service
We advertise, and provide potential tenant's for your vacant property.
Conduct tenant viewings.
When both parties of the Landlord and Tenant are happy, we will undertake the credit/ reference checks on the tenant.
Set up the tenancy agreement, after satisfactory references have been provided, and set up all the administration for the tenancy.
Will check Gas, and health and safety checks in accordance with the law.
Then the rest is up to the Landlord.
Tenant Find/ Rent Collection
All same proceedings stated in introduction service, but we administrate the rent collection, and the end of tenancy agreement. All repairs and fixings will be left to your responsibility.
Full Management
The full service. Tenancy set up, rent collected, all maintenance and repairs organised by us (deducted from the monthly rent.) All administration, up until the tenancy agreement. The property will be remarketed, or the tenancy with original tenants renewed, until you wish to take your property off our books. This service is ideal for those that just invest in property, and want the profits, but no stress or worries of running and dealing with the property.
